How Potential Candidates Are Screened
SureJobs Recruit's InstaMatch Software will automatically screen all applicants who respond or apply to your positions based on their answers to the questions that you asked. You will only be sent applicants who have responded "Yes" to at least 70% of your questions. In addition you will also be able to view their answers to a series of Written Interview Questions that each applicant must answer. All questions and answers, along with our assessment of the candidate are documented and presented to you in the Applicant's profile.
